Refund Policy
We want you to feel the work is worth it. This policy explains when refunds apply to our monthly plans and one-off projects, and how to request one.
1. Overview
Because most of what we deliver is bespoke work and professional time, refunds are handled case by case and in line with the principles below. This policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions.
2. Monthly plans
- Monthly plans are rolling retainers billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
- Once a billing month has started, fees for that month are generally non-refundable, because the time, hosting and tools for that period have been reserved or already used.
- If we have not started any work in a newly-started month and you cancel within 14 days of that month's invoice, we will refund that month at our discretion.
3. One-off projects
- Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial work; they are non-refundable once a project has started.
- If you cancel a project partway through, you are charged for work completed and costs committed up to that point. Any balance you've paid above that is refunded.
- Amounts paid for work already delivered and approved are not refundable.
4. Third-party costs
Money already spent on your behalf with third parties such as domains, paid hosting, premium plugins, licences or advertising spend cannot be refunded by us, as those payments are made to and held by the relevant providers.
5. When we'll always put things right
If a deliverable doesn't match what was agreed in your proposal or statement of work, tell us and we'll correct it at no extra cost. A refund is considered only where we're genuinely unable to deliver what was agreed.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@vladiant.com with your name, the invoice or plan in question, and a short explanation. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and to resolve them within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, those rights apply.
